Ntiea Ephraim Letsapo is a Mosotho water and water environment scientist working for the Department of Water Affairs of Lesotho as Head of Water Law Section in the division of Water Rights. He has over 10 years of experience working in the water sector, especially water resources management. He has been involved in water resources development projects, especially: water quality management, aquatic ecology, limnology, environmental impact assessment and management. He holds a BSc degree in Biotechnology and a Postgraduate Diploma in Freshwater Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment. He is currently pursuing the Master’s degree in Freshwater Water Quality Monitoring and Assessment at the University College Cork, Ireland.
