Meriem Benmardi is a Senior Digital Project Manager at TBWA Worldwide, and CEO of BETELA Recruiting, an innovative hiring program. She holds a Bachelor’s in Information Technology from University of Science and Technology of Algiers. Among Meriem’s previous roles, she has served as the HR specialist and IT project management consultant, with over 8 years of experience.

She has been awarded with many prizes and as well recognized in her country Algeria for her imaginative leadership, including being chosen a Techwoman by the US State Department in 2016, one of 90 applicants worldwide.
