Ousia A. Foli-Bebe is a Togolese innovator. He is the founder and executive manager of EcoTecLab where he empowers the youth through innovation and STEM education. Initially trained in environment and renewable energies, he helps young entrepreneurs to acquire technical and managerial skills in building and prototyping. He designs and facilitates STEM workshops on solar dryer, solar cooker, 3D printer, Recycling, drills on Arduino, etc. With many years of experience as an innovator, he co- designed and built MoLab: a mobile STEM lab, through which he facilitates STEM education workshops—from school to school and village to village in Togo.
